🏠 HOUSE RULES — SAN DIEGO OASIS ⏰ CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT • Check-in: 4;00 PM (early check-in available at $30/hr — message us the night before) • Checkout: 10:00 AM (late checkout available upon request — message us by 8AM) • Please don’t arrive before your confirmed check-in time as our team needs time to prepare your perfect stay 👥 GUESTS & VISITORS • Maximum 10 guests overnight — this is a firm limit per our STR license • Day visitors are welcome but must be disclosed in advance and never exceed 10 people total on the property at any time • All guests must be listed on the booking — unregistered overnight guests are not permitted • The person who books must be present for the entire stay . Family Friendly- we have many family amenities available we just need to furnish on request prior to arrival. 🏊 POOL & HOT TUB • Pool and hot tub are for registered guests only • No glass in or around the pool area — please use plastic cups outdoors • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool • Please shower before entering the pool • No diving — pool depth does not permit it • Hot tub maximum capacity: 6 people • Pool and hot tub use after 10:00 PM must be kept quiet out of respect for neighbors • Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty 🔥 BACKYARD & OUTDOOR SPACES • BBQ grill — please clean grates after use, electronic ignition. Just press the button and turn on the knob. • Fire pit — Gas fire pit , never leave unattended, fully extinguish before going inside • No open flames other than the designated fire pit and BBQ grill • Please keep outdoor furniture in place — do not drag across the pool deck • Outdoor music is welcome but must stop at 10:00 PM • Please be mindful of neighbors — this is a quiet, family residential street and we love our community 🌙 QUIET HOURS & NOISE • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — strictly observed • Indoor gatherings after 10PM are perfectly fine — just keep noise levels low • Excessive noise complaints from neighbors may result in additional fees or cancellation without refund • San Diego has noise ordinances that we are required to comply with as an STR property 🚭 SMOKING & SUBSTANCES • Strictly no smoking inside the home — this includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping and marijuana • Smoking is permitted in the backyard only — please dispose of all materials properly • A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking inside the home is detected • No illegal substances on the property 🎉 PARTIES & EVENTS • No parties or events — this is a residential neighborhood and we respect our community • Any unauthorized party or event will result in immediate cancellation without refund • This rule protects you, our neighbors and our home — we appreciate your understanding 🍳 KITCHEN & COMMON AREAS • Kitchen is fully stocked — please treat it with care • Please dispose of all food before checkout • Take trash bags to the large bins on the side of the house • Trash pickup days: Wednesday • Please report any broken or damaged items immediately — accidents happen and we understand, we just need to know 📸 PRIVACY & SECURITY • Exterior security cameras are active at all times on the outside of the property • Cameras face the driveway, front door and No cameras inside. • Please do not tamper with or cover any cameras • Your privacy inside the home is completely respected 🚗 PARKING • 2 private driveway spaces — please do not block the sidewalk or neighboring driveways • Free street parking available directly in front of the home • Maximum 2 vehicles in the driveway at all times • RVs, trailers and oversized vehicles are not permitted in the driveway 💰 DAMAGES & FEES • We understand accidents happen — please report any damage immediately and we will handle it with grace • Unreported damage discovered after checkout will be charged in full • Excessive cleaning beyond normal use: $150 minimum fee • Smoking inside: $500 fee • Lost or damaged door code device: $100 fee • Unauthorized guests beyond agreed number: $100 per person per night • Unauthorized party: Up to $500 fee plus cancellation 🔑 CHECK-OUT CHECKLIST We want your checkout to be as smooth and stress-free as possible! • ✅ Make sure all gas items: stove, fire pit, and BBQ • ✅ Lock all windows and doors • ✅ Front door locks automatically when you pull it shut and push arm • ✅ Let us know if anything was damaged or needs attention 💙 A NOTE FROM OUR FAMILY We are a local San Diego family who personally owns and manages this home. These rules exist not to restrict your fun — but to protect your experience, respect our wonderful neighbors, and ensure that every guest who comes after you enjoys the same beautiful home you did.
